Most clients are unaware of the located assets before we contact them, and are pleasantly surprised when they learn of the potential windfall. However, our greatest challenge is getting across the fact that this is not an enticement to solicit fees for questionable information.
In the worst case scenario, if we are unable to recover the funds we located, you do not owe us anything, and will have all the information to keep at no charge.
