NO OUT-OF-POCKET COST TO OUR CLIENTS
However, it is critical to know that we never charge ANY out-of-pocket costs to our clients. The only way we get paid is if and when we are successful, and you have received the located assets which are rightfully yours. Our fee can often be deducted from the proceeds, so you do not even have to write a check after you receive your funds.
CONTINGENCY FEE ONLY--NO CHARGE UNTIL SUCCESSFUL RECOVERY
In the worst case scenario, if we are unable to recover the funds we located, you do not owe us anything, and will have all the information we have uncovered about the funds to keep at no charge.

Although the recovery process is fairly straightforward, numerous supporting documents are typically required by the holders or trustees of funds. SPRI draws on its extensive resources and experience to gather the needed set of documents and minimize or eliminate the need for clients to search through old files.
